Heat the person not the house, My office is in a tiny box room, I can touch both opposite walls at the same time, During the day I use an electric heater in there when needed as it's way more efficient that Gas for the whole central heating system, and wear a gilet with internal power bank heating if it gets too chilly too (that is genius, love it)
