What is your irrational fear? Mine is wind! The sky kind not the bodily kind! One of my daughters lives in florida where hurricane Ian is at mo! My stomach hurts feel sick! I'm sure she b fine and just no signal or something as to why she's not answering texts! Think my fear stems from the 87 hurricane we had! I need to quash it somehow! X |

It’s an understandable fear when you’ve got a loved one over there. I think the Floridians are pretty well rehearsed when it comes to hurricane prep. Everything that can be bolted down will be and I’m sure she’ll have lots of solid advice to follow.

Both of my daughters who still live at home are terrified of spiders! I have to go rescue the poor criters when they scream like banshees! Especially this time of year! X |

Thunderstorms, I spent years trying to both work out why and how to overcome it, turns out its something to do with not knowing how loud and how long it’ll last and how unpredictable the changes can be during a storm |

I've got an acute fear of the wind too, especially on a first date after I've been eating beans or brussel sprouts, as there's a distinct possibility of it developing into a scenario that sounds like being in the middle of a thunderstorm. |

Wooden lollipop sticks, I cannot bear to touch them. Let alone go near my mouth, and it's the same when seeing someone else with one. I've come out in a cold sweat just writing this  |
