I have always hated almond flavoured things. Marzipan in particular.

I now don't eat Sugar, Fruit, Veg, Grains, most dairy except cream and cheese.

Intact all carbs. But that is for inflammatory reasons.

Milk - unless i need an emetic, yes folks, I found out at the age of 5 that milk is good for making me vomit.

Many vegetables - texture and taste of so many are really horrible
