I have some tenants who find it difficult to pay the rent over this period as they have to buy presents (priorities right?!)… I usually forgive the shortfall in Dec.. |

"Christmas!! Looking forward to it or dreading it ? Planning big celebrations after the last 2 scaled down years ? Or can’t afford to because of cost of living rises ? "
Love the build up to Christmas but the day itself is pretty meh, the same as any other day in my house. |

My favourite time of year is from October, love browsing on toyshop websites, thinking about what crafts to do with the kids, making a gingerbread house. But will be scaling back a lot this year.
Ahhhhhh I absolutely love it |

"My bank account is dreading it already
More because I do spoil my kids a bit.
Lump of charcoal and a tangerine. Standard Xmas present circa 1950s"
Who can afford to give a lump of charcoal these days? |

I can't wait! Don't really do big celebrations but I love certain traditions that have grown over the years, like wreath crafting (hoping to teach someone this year), finding little gifts that mean something, baking delicious things. And most importantly, really spending time with loved ones. People I hold dear. |
