Yup I’m talking burgers (what did you think I meant?)

I’m watching secret life of burgers, and it’s got me wondering what’s your go to or favourite burger?

I like a 100% Angus beef quarter pounder with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion, on a plain bun.

I've just discovered smokey baconnaise sauce which I'm going to try in a burger soon.

However .. as an avid Smoker/bbq... I'd say jalapeno and beef .. cos who doesn't like a little spicy meat??

I used to get a burger with pineapple in at an Italian gangster themed diner when I was a teenager.

I think it was the Lucky Luciano burger.

I don't like my patties too big. Then cheese, pickles, lettuce, ketchup, mustard. Keep it pretty simple.

I'm not a fan of bacon on burgers.

If I'm making them at home then picked beetroot too.

Cooper sharp cheese
