See I’m undecided : on one hand you can properly plan and make sure you do all the things you want to do and make sure you say all the things you want to say. Particularly if it’s a long way away.

On the other hand, as someone said above, it’s a bit of grim countdown isn’t it the nearer you get to it.

Gawd knows why I asked the question. Depressing really isn’t it?

There is a film call Death day. Which is similar. Where an app tells you the day your going to die. Ans it actually happens even if you try and avoid or uninstall the app.

P.s don't download the app to see.

"Yes so I could organise everything then I would be ready to go "

I was thinking that .

I would have the best of it with my daughter like a series is gonna end on Netflix , u don’t want them to go but u know the end is comming ….

The man who discovered how to read the DNA and done his own readings aperantly regrets it for life .

Do on purpose to find out I wouldn’t ,

But if I knew , yes organise everything for my last one way train ticket and have a great time traveling my daughter around the world as much as possible

And leave her all my belongings .

But aren’t we all in a terrible count down, just with a clock we can’t see?

Great question Dan. Not depressing at all. I think anyone who thinks it a depressing question hasn't really examined their own life or anyone else's or even perhaps stopped to realise that their life WILL come to an end......... at some point.

Oooh, good question. I'm going to say yes because then I could make sure I had got rid of everything that would embarrass my family when they were sorting out my house.

When I was 5, my teacher had cancer and found out she was going to die and made us each a box with a letter in telling each of us why we were special. They're was a little Teddy in it as well. If I knew when I was going to die, it would give me the opportunity to do that for my friends and family.

Makes it easier to finance my life and adventures if I know how long I've got as well.

So, yes please.

It’s definitely better for me knowing for a start something I’d not given much thought to was my will I was still leaving everything to me ex (we were married when I wrote it) so now that has been rewritten! I’ve been able to write letters to my nearest n dearest n plan n pay for my own funeral on the worse case scenario on tomorrows op

"Oooh, good question. I'm going to say yes because then I could make sure I had got rid of everything that would embarrass my family when they were sorting out my house.

When I was 5, my teacher had cancer and found out she was going to die and made us each a box with a letter in telling each of us why we were special. There was a little Teddy in it as well. If I knew when I was going to die, it would give me the opportunity to do that for my friends and family.

Makes it easier to finance my life and adventures if I know how long I've got as well.

So, yes please.

Auto carrot pissing me off today

It’s definitely better for me knowing for a start something I’d not given much thought to was my will I was still leaving everything to me ex (we were married when I wrote it) so now that has been rewritten! I’ve been able to write letters to my nearest n dearest n plan n pay for my own funeral on the worse case scenario on tomorrows op

Fingers crossed I won’t need it for a fair good few years yet "

I hope it goes well

Depends, if I was told I would know when I die or how I die, and was forced to choose. Not sure I could pick.

If I was told, trust me, the week prior to that day would one to remember.

No, I think getting hit by a bus or struck by lightning are by far the best options. You know absolutely nothing about it

"There is a film call Death day. Which is similar. Where an app tells you the day your going to die. Ans it actually happens even if you try and avoid or uninstall the app.

P.s don't download the app to see."

Now I want to download the app!

Yes, it means you can plan ahead, clear out all your crap so others don't need to.

Transfer all your bills over and sort out things

No I don't want to know. Let it happen when it happens. If I don't wake up tomorrow then so be it x

Nope....I wouldn't want to live in fear of it approaching. I'd just want my family to feel loved regardless xT

Bit of a tricky one this !

Iron Maiden summed it up with the lyrics from a song on one of their albums “As soon as you’re born, you’re dying”, can’t say fairer than that really !!

Personally, I don’t want to know, if I get hit by a bud tomorrow, then so be it, if I’m still partying at 90 years old, happy days.

When my late wife was diagnosed with her condition, she was told it was a progressive disease rather than a terminal one as that implies an end date ! We didn’t know how much time we had left together so we made the most of everyday we had !

A no from me too. It would be a countdown and it would probably be depressing as it got nearer. I’d rather not know.

Would it make funeral costs cheaper if you could offer a specific date?

This is the 2nd question pension advisors are too scared to ask. The first is...when do you never want to work again and tell the rat race to fuck off?

But surely the death clock would adjust to that day
