Name something that you only just found out which seems pretty obvious but not everyone knows.
For example a toasters settings is for how many minutes the bread stays in. Not a darkness scale.

Ah a similar one actually. I only found out last year that most toasters have a tray under them you can pull out to get rid of all the crumbs. I spent my whole life turning them upside down and banging them. |
