Adding dried cherries to your supermarket granola? Proper dried cherries with the sharp fruit tang to them. And whole brazil nuts (less shell obviously). And almonds. Dried cranberries and blueberries. Pour over the thick milkshake chocolate milk, add the greek yoghurt.
Your whole days allowance of sugar and saturated fat all in one bowl. But it's also got at least three of your five a day, plenty of fibre, protein. And tastes scrummy |
