I been struggling to go to bed early when I need to wake up early
Then fix it with coffee , I’m stuck in a loop and I don’t feel any better as goes again n again …
Does anyone know a simple trick that doesn’t involve take serious heavy downers ? |

Check out the 4 7 8 breathing method or the wim hoff breathing method. Turn off phone and Practice either for 10mins. Go to bed and continue the breathing. Be asleep in no time mate. |

If you're struggling going to bed rather than sleep then I'd look up "sleep procrastination". Basically you need to feel like you've been more productive for yourself during the day and it goes away.
You can use mind over matter once or twice a week but the root cause will stop that being effective.

don't go yo bed trying to sleep just go to rest.
When I struggle i listen to YouTube rain video's for the white noise.
If you have a desk job try the gym. Being physically tired can help
Ask your gp for something just to help getting back into a routine of sleeping. When overtired sometimes it's harder to sleep.
Try napping in thd day
Changing body temp triggers sleep try a bath before bed.
Get off your phone 1 hour before bed.
Knock one out before you sleep.
Not sleeping can be the first sign of depression. Maybe you need to talk to someone. Feel free to message me
Lastly don't over worry we all have periods of not sleeping xx |

First bit of advice, stop perusing fab and looking at all the hot ladies, I can sleep after admiring then. Then, I put on a audio book our sleep sound track, this help. But other than that, get some shit hot d*unks from the doctor, they have me snoring with half an hour! |
