If someone scratches your hire car what would you do ?
I have annual excess waiver insurance so don’t care , I’d just take some money off them and say nothing.
But someone hasn’t taken excess waiver. So they are liable right ? Not the car that scratched them ? The hire company won’t care , the hirer is liable for any damage as per the T&C’s
There’s no reason they could ask for insurance details , because who will claim , the driver can’t claim for damage to a cat they don’t own, and the hire company won’t to claim because the hirer has to pay
Is £20 enough to make them go away ?
