The singing ri ginger tree scared the rap out of me as a five year old, but had to watch it from behind my hands held in front of my face |

And loads of what’s been mentioned already. Plus when cartoons were actually cartoons. None of this CGI shite. I mean have you seen the new thunderbird’s? Bring back the puppets on strings. Was much more believable M’Lady |

Muffin the Mule, with Annette Mills,
who was a sister of the famous British actor, John Mills, who appeared in literally hundreds of monochrome movies about the second world war.
You may not know his name, but you will definitely know his face.
It is extremely unlikely that anyone on this site has ever heard of his sister, Annette.
Muffin the Mule inspired a lot of jokes, including the most famous one the it was not a form of sexual activity. |

"Flashing blade
Robinson crusoe"
The original monochrome Robinson Crusoe was actually produced by a Czechoslovakian company, if I am correct, and had a very distinctive and memorable theme tune. |

Chorlton and the wheelies
Button moon
Jackonory
Barbapapa

I keep seeing that actor that played huckleberry finn in the 80s, in other TV show & films to this day.
Some posts here have jogged my memory.I liked 'sport billy' & 'choky'. (Some other people I've spoken to found choky quite disturbing.) |

"When i was little i loved Tinger and Tucker then as i got a bit older i also loved the Tales of Robinson Crusoe. Plus Vision on."
Used to know the rude words to the Tingha and Tucker theme (clue; replace the "T" of their initials with an "F")! |

The most interesting result from this thread is that, from the list of TV shows the specific person had uploaded, it is possible with a reasonable degree of accuracy to predict that individual's current age range. |
