Since my free downloaded internet protection has now decided to charge me, any recommendations for a good, reliable, safe one? And not the one beginning with an A lol. Thanks xxx |

"Put a condom on your router.
Could he still get a signal though
Sensation is diminished somewhat but he should still be able to maintain a firm connection."
ah and being a router shouldn't have a problem finding that connection either |

Yes he will probably find it in the router's underpants. |

Use the free Internet security from the Microsoft website... It's free forever, picked up Trojans when I've downloaded stuff and as its made by Microsoft it doesn't constantly battle with windows for resources... Best by far IMO |

I installed K9 on my daughter's lappy and you can block access to any site you want (it has all the usual adult blocks etc in place by default) but you can also set it to block internet access entirely between whatever hours suits you.
The best thing is it's free. |

Just so you know.
Anything that has FREE on its label has malware/spyware in the files you download.
Dont trust stuff like that, get BitDefender or Panda. |

Maybe i can ask the bloke that keeps ringing my mum up and saying her computer is sending him messages saying there's something drasticley wrong with it......
She starts to panic saying "oh my god what shall i do?"
He woffuls on a bit more....
she says "well you have me really worried now"
He says"well you should be madam"
She then pipes up.... "well you see i don't have a computer"

Not necessarily so. Some are legit. Just download from reputable sources if you're using Windows or Mac, such as CNet or Tucows. Linux users don't have to worry cause they can just use their distro's repository |

Totally incorrect.
Some Of the best software available is freeware or shareware.
As said before, just be careful where you download from mainly, and generally say no if it tries to install a toolbar or search assistant etc.. |
