Question for the men
When women write what they are looking for in their profile, such as no smokers, specific distance etc....why still message?
Do you not bother to read profiles?
Do you think that it's always worth a try?
Is there another reason?

If they are worth talking to they would of read the profile . I have yet to message anyone yet as I don’t feel I have found the right person / persons .
I understand it’s very different for women as many men do cut and paste |

Or a “ black only “ takes me severe hours under the sun to turn black , and trust me is not in uk that is gonna happen

I ways read profiles fully and tailor my messages. I don't do copy and paste. If I don't get a reply, which I don't, Lol, It's not a big deal. Just move on. However, one thing I've found, no matter how long your message or enticing it is, it is of no use unless the person finds you attractive. |

Fortunately I don't have to deal with those kind of messages but I do feel for the ladies looking for men on here.
Due to the sheer number of men to everyone else on here it must be nearly impossible to keep up with the volume of messages you get.
Mostly from people who just didn't read what you are looking in the first place!  |

Well I'm glad you do report them I've never had an abusive message but also understand your point about guys who don't read the profiles but I read them every time but it's not only the straight guys that don't read them I usually get plenty of messages from gay men wanting to pleasure me orally or pay their back door a visit.
It gets on my nerves especially the persistent few who don't take no for an answer as it clearly states I'm straight the persistent ones get blocked in the end lol xxx |

Long long ago, when I first started working, I was told by the head of the company that if you go out for a night out and want to get laid, don’t waste time chatting someone up for ages, just go up to each woman and say, ‘do you want to come home with me’, you might end up asking 50 women, and get turned down 49 times, but you only need one of them to say yes.
Sadly that attitude hasn’t changed in many mens minds and the problem on here is that this method is exactly what many guys do, they feel that reading a profile is a waste of time, just send out the same message to every woman they see, and they will probably get pissed off at rejections and take it out on women who engage at all, but their view will be that again, they only need one to say yes. It’s fucking ridiculous. |

One people don’t read profiles
And the other chancing there luck
It’s one thing that’s always mythed me is distance
If someone’s willing to travel it then why should it matter how far they away
Or in less it’s the person is married can only do day time
Or single parent and can’t get baby sitter so can only do day time when in school
Other wise I think people are cut them selfs short

Sometimes if I see something on there profile that I think is really clever or something amazing that I can't help myself but to compliment them on I will just send a quick compliment but start by saying that I have read there profile and know I'm not there type and go on to compliment then I never expect a reply and if I do get a thank you I just say your welcome and then not bother them anymore, also have messaged the odd guy doing the same thing and yes I'm straight not just fab straight |

Just to show I do read profiles I went through yours and was going to message until I got to the near the end of yours I don't live within ten miles of Wolverhampton gutted I still probably wouldn't fit the bill if I did lol but I fancy getting out of London and 10 miles of Wolverhampton seems the perfect place to start house hunting could message then if I find a suitable house |
