We have one in the town centre that’s a really old Tudor style pub and they do open mic and have live bands. Always a good night in surroundings that have character and charm.

Depends what you go to a pub for. Elephant and Castle near me, excellent food, oak beams, old stone walls, nice outside space. Your quintessential country pub.
