Just listening to some traditional Christmas music... it is the 1st Advent after all! Found myself daydreaming about the times when the kids very very young and got so excited over Christmas.
Do you daydream or do you consider it a waste of time?  |

I do yes, i do try very hard not to jump in at the deep end or make vast decisions so daydreaming contributes to alot of them |

That is me to a Tee - I am naturally a quick decision maker.. and it pays off sometimes to reflect a bit longer. (Especially when standing gazing at an expensive shoe shop window) |

Me I'm a terrible day dreamer, don't consider it a waste of time though.
I call it going on to auto pilot lol ask most people how they drove from A to B and its just a blurr , think we all do it  |

I guess that would be the difference between reflection/ thinking with a purpose as opposed to allowing yourself to drift into what some people refer to as "reveries" ?

love daydreaming and randomly drifting off.. its not harming anyone and if it makes me smile and happy then surely its only a good thing for me
some dreams can come true, just got to be realistic and practical.
winning the lottery is more fantasy though but ive spent billions the amount of times ive had day dreams over the win.. haha |

I often day dream as I sleep very little at night, so I process though day dreaming. Great when you are not having a fab day to withdraw into your own little place.

I think if you dont sleep at night it makes complete sense to process during the daydreaming. I think I sometimes fall into that category myself. |
