"Making life easier for everyone is a REALLY BIG TASK."
It needs to be broken down into smaller tasks then. Let's start with everyone making life easier for me *nod nod*

"Buh?
I was only in Aldi for a couple of hours. What did I miss?
Aldi?!?
We are so not meeting now... "
You must be joking! Prosecco for £6.99 a bottle! Gluhwein and Gingerbread houses! Aldi is awesome for Xmas shopping. |

This is the way we see it,
Fab has all the tools available to you! So it's down to each person that uses the site to make the most of what fab offers you!
Flucking getting tired of all the moaning that's happening of late! |

Waitrose has Prosecco on offer too. I'm not entirely sure what I could do with a gingerbread house but if you picked up any Stollen then I'll help with that. |

I don't know if it is possible to fix what some see as a problem. I might be viewed as a timewaster as I cancelled going to a club on Friday night. There was little I could do about it but for the men hoping to meet there I let them down. Did I waste their time? Yes but not intentionally. |

I don't really think there is a big problem with timewasters its more a lack of communication, trust and understanding. If you communicate correctly, gain trust and chat constructively you are not going to have a problem. You will single out in your selection process whom you may like to meet and those you don't. I worry though that some see someone who chats and subsequently rejects them as a timewaster though. |

They didn't have any! However they'll probably get some more in. I was just going for the booze as that sells out very quickly. |

This is a recipe for a cocktail called a 'ménage a trois' to cheer you all up.....
Half part each Monin Triple Lime liqueur, Cointreau, Champagne. Chill and strain liqueurs into a flute glass, top with Champagne. |

"Suggestions as to how to make life easier for everyone to enjoy and get round the politics "
You'll never do that. Fab is a collection of people from all walks of life and types of personality so regulation is difficult especially on things that could be considered subjective like time wasters. As in life navigate your way round the hazards and enjoy the rest. |

People should be clear on their profiles about what they want, and honest in their messages.
But no-one can be forced to change, and you'll find the people who are the most successful are the ones who don't moan about it and who know what they want. |

As I said I'm not moaning was just asking a simple question that has turned into a small debate is that so wrong |

I wasn't aiming that on you. Maybe have a look at some profiles and find one which has a list of demands or starts off with NO TIMEWASTERS or SINGLE MEN NOT WANTED and see how much you'd want to meet them. Unfriendly profiles tend to come about because people have been unsuccessful arranging meets. Moaners are not attractive. |

see... but i don't think there is an issue...
people are very quick to thrown around terms like fakes and timewasters because it is easy to do and leaves none of the blame on them....
if you are having issues with timewasters the common demoninator is you and how you pick people... so then that has to change......
the site gives you the tools to make it work... if people decide not to use them all plus a bit of general common sense then that is not really the sites fault... |

Pretty much everyone wants something a little bit different, set out in your profile what YOU want, if that matches a significant part of someone else's list then there are no issues.
Life is simple so long as you don't over think it |

"The only problem with timewasters is that people waste time talking about them...
Depends how someone is viewed as a time-waster "
My view on a time waster is someone that agrees to a meet and fails to show up |

Yes I can see that as being a waste of time but sometimes it might be a genuine reason why the meet can't happen as this happened to me a few weeks ago was meeting a non swinging friend and on my way there my car broke down |
