Making my return to Parkrun this week after several weeks of “stuff” that kept getting in the way. Likely to be a bit more of a struggle than usual after being away for a week and eating and drinking on expenses

Are there many other park runners amongst our fabbers?

I haven't done parkrun, truthfully I'm not naturally gifted at distance running, I'm better with short bursts of energy, on and off.

Good luck!

PS, you've inspired me to start thinking about weekend exercise again. Thank you.

Lovely crisp, cold morning .. lovely fresh air in the lungs! Steady one today, and as usual ended up squarely in the middle of the pack!

Definitely autumn, glorious sunshine but cold is biting.

Lots of arses to watch in the middle of the pack

Short bursts of energy are often what’s needed.

Thanks for the luck, did the trick and I survived

And your welcome

I only run for footballs and buses. Not a runner at all. I don't think I have the feet designed for it.

Not been for a little while as my local one is a bit of a trek, but do like a parkrun, really should get back to it!
