Does anyone else find issues trying to sleep at night? I seem to wake up at random points throughout the night, before drifting back off.

I spend an hour trying to get to sleep with restless legs. Then get to sleep. But wake up sweating from a horrendous nightmare. Then go for a pee.

Then I go back to bed. Spend an hour trying to get to sleep with restless legs. Then get to sleep. But wake up sweating from a horrendous nightmare. Then go for a pee.

And then I go back to bed. Spend an hour trying to get to sleep with restless legs. Then get to sleep. But wake up sweating from a horrendous nightmare. Then go for a pee.

Good job you wake up before going to pee.

That would be worse.

I've had sleep problems since I was a kid. I'm lucky if I get 3 hours a night. I've been prescribed various sleep aids over the years which work I initially but then seem to stop working altogether. I've resigned myself to the fact it's something I just have to live with and try not to let it affect my life too much.

Give magnesium oil spray a try.

Also a small glass of cherry juice can help too

I've been a bad sleeper my whole life but I have found that taking omega 3 supplements helps.

I always find having a wank work's well... it's more fun than counting sheep... probably more fun than shagging them as well..

Having been hooked up to all sorts of monitors…… On a good night I get about 2 hours of good deep sleep, then cat nap the rest of the night…… Have not slept well for decades, and have have tried meditation, breathing excercises, white noise, cutting caffeine out of the diet, everything anyone could think of really and none of it works.

I don’t remember him in the Shakespeare book.
