Mine are quite sore and stiff from last nights training. Definitely need massaging but since no ones on hand , I guess the ole foam roller will do  |

There a photo of my thighs and calfs. I once played for Bolton wanderers under big sam. But he released the young uns and i was heart broken. I now coach football and mentor young players. |
