Fortunately you can't. Even accidentally.
Not sure if you can accidentally block yourself though......although that might be awkward.

It literally says "You Can't Fab Your Own Photos" when you click on your photos when viewing your own profile.

If you upload a new photo and go to the “new photos” you’ll see your new photo and it gives you the option to fab it. Or if you appear on the hot pics you can from there… |
