We all know it's a fact that the Directing Rooms have very few females either on livecam or joining the convo threads.
Question is.. Why?
Be good to hear from anyone who can give thier opinion.
Thoughts so far..
*as the majority of members are men anyway that proportionally same % ratio of female to men on DRooms.

I don't use them as I'm not interested in random people telling me what to do. If I allow someone the limited ability to tell me what to do it's because I want to give them a very personal gift.
