Depends what the food is.....
Say its Roast Dinner , I'd eat various bits at a time.
If it was something like a chicken wrap I'd finish all of that first before I ate what was next on the plate |

Always an order......."
Every time I come on fab I think to myself wow these people are overthinkers . I think perhaps I just don’t overthink things! I just eat my dinner |

Haha you would think so but you'd be surprise!
I'm sure my bf is on the autism spectrum because some autistic people can't mix their food. My bf would even eat the chocolate around a KitKat or Mars Bar before the filling. I look at him with wonder and awe...
Some online health pages that say to avoid sugar spike, eat meat and veg first and then carb. Other research say on one sitting it doesn't matter.
Me I love the variety I get on a Sunday Roast or fry up. I also need a good red wine to compliment a steak. It kinda cleans the pallet and then the next chunk of steak tastes new and exciting again.

I like my food hot, so if there is an order then it's about cooling and flavour. Cold veg isn't great, but meat will hold the temperature longer. I do save to last a mouthful of the most desired item on the plate.

I've done it all my life.
It makes them taste quite funny,
But it keeps them on the knife. "
I learned this poem when I was a Brownie to get one of my badges...so happy to see someone else knows it!!
