I've always thought that it is the topping that maketh the pizza...

... Until I got to the top of the hill in Capri, on a day trip from Naples. The smell of pizza drew me to an open air restaurant and I ordered ham and mushroom. I was more impressed with the fresh, crusty, yeasty, bubbly base that melted in my mouth.

Iceland has a nice artisan range ham and mushroom which is good and still takes me back to Capri.
