Wouldn't do it, purely because of the risk of any non-essential surgery and the possibility of it going wrong: infection, loss of sensitivity, etc
Would consider it if I ever had a medical need and was going under the knife regardless, but that's all.
I like mine whatever size they are, and they have been practically every letter on the bra alphabet through pregnancies etc |

most lovers I have had male or female have enjoyed them ... . one guy did once make a side remark mid fucking he has had/ used to better boobs that felt better/looked better , I just replied same with me and your body mate, I am generally used to playing with more better masculine manly looking men but its good to dabble with other types now and then
 . he was not amused at all

it really depends on how much fat is covering the implant naturally, and placement of implant , submsucular . intramuscular / over muscle ...
more breast tissue/fat you have the more squishier / bounce you will get,, people like me (trans ) generally have minimal breast tissue in comparison to natural women , so implants are taking the brunt of the work so to speak , think like a good muscle or a hairibo/wine gum of sorts |

I will be having mine done next year. Due to major weight loss, I’ve lost the fullness of mine now. No idea what to have.. size, look, under muscle/over muscle etc.. it’s a minefield but surgeons will help me decide.
