Absolutely...
Some people come just for wank material.
Some just to feel heard or feel like they have an outlet on the forums.
None of these are gender specific and its not an exhaustive list.

I think, if it's true, then good luck to them. Having a Fab profile isn't a precursor for them to meet, unless their profile contradicts otherwise.
I've seen many a profile that says "...only here for the forums" or "...just here for the chatrooms" or "... here to satisfy my exhibitionist tendancies" and so forth. |

Definitely but then people come on here for all sorts of reasons. You need to understand that, and if you don't then you will struggle and be confused at best, hurt at worst. |

Maybe.
Personally I don't need the visual validation. Maybe before I did but now not so much. I'm here because my libido is low and this is cheaper than a sex therapist and more open about sex than my other support groups. Lol! I'd actually like to meet people but so far loads of men and couples just make me cringe. |

Ofc. Sorry have you seen the women and some of there requests.. Its actually scary. I feel For men on this site. If they have no attention but from fab they will suffer. Sorry but alot of delusion. And I get the women are overwhelmed. Truly I get it, but the treatment even I've received I can only imagine what other men get. Then these happy ladies come With their condenseding advice. Ladies you don't understand what men go through on this site and i don't think men understand how overwhelmed the women are. But ladies with great power, comes Great responsibility. |

I hadn't even looked at the fabs on my photos lol. Likes and stuff aren't intrusive attention to me, it's the people barging dick first into my inbox expecting me to want their attention and be grateful for it.
Lots of people DO post pics for validation and that's cool too. I think it's wrong to assume that's the only reason people post pictures though. |

Agree - for Clarity thats not my assumption was just a general question and someone actually posted an important point that some profiles state clearly they arent looking to meet - they arent who im wondering about its the others who just want lots of positive comments but never intend to meet. |

Yes definitely, men, women, couples I think some in every catagory do, just as some come here just to use the forums and not meet, we all use fab how we want it, I think as long as no one's leading anyone on there's no issues, I see many profiles saying not meeting just posting pics or here for the forums.
