Ok KINGS...it doesn't matter how "alpha" or "masculine " or " Top G" you think you are, there's always that one romantic movie you actually like and enjoy watching...so which one is it ?
For me it's this little Keanu Reeves movie called " A walk in the clouds" . I really don’t know why, but always liked this movie for some reason and could watch it at any time...
P.S "Titanic" is NOT a romantic movie, it's a disaster movie! It doesn't count |

P.S I love You and The Notebook get my vote too.
Romantic movies are definitely a guilty pleasure of mine and probably the reason I have unrealistic expectations of relationships |

I agree...romantic movies definitely portray an unrealistic idea of love and relationships...just like how porn movies portray an unrealistic idea of sex and intimacy |

But when you combine the 2, you become the man of every girl's dreams |

"The one I watched last night where the bloke pulled his knob out of this big titted brunette’s arse and shot his sex piss all over her face. I can’t remember what it was called though? "

Especially the bit where she tells the guy to ‘go down’ and she kills him just as she comes. Very romantic scene that |

The Terminator.
Wait, hear me out.
In a nightmarish apocalyptic future a soldier falls in love with a woman in a photograph. He is so in love with her that, when he learns that an assassin has been sent back in time to murder her, using a dangerous experimental process, he volunteers to go back as well to try to protect her.
When he arrives he fights selflessly to protect the woman he loves and, though the woman thinks he's mad at first, eventually returns his affection. They make love in an anonymous hotel room, as they hide from their implacable enemy.
Eventually, cornered by their superior opponent, the soldier gives his life to protect her. She eventually defeats the assassin but, with the soldier's death, the cost has been high. She has lost the love of her life. And, on learning she is pregnant with his child, she knows that her son is destined to send his father to his death and that their love is forever doomed.
Now,if that isn't a tragic love story, I don't know what is.
So, next time the missus wants to watch a romantic film, put The Terminator on. |

Tough one, because romantic films come in many forms…
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - because it breaks my heart as Joel struggles to hold on to the memories of Clem as they are erased.
The English Patient - because it is utterly beautiful.
Blue Valentine - because this is a movie about real relationships (not one for a bad day)
Her - because she isn’t human.
Duke of Burgundy - because it’s a work of fucking art and perfection. |

"Lost in Translation
Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind
Rocky Balboa. Watch the movie before you judge. Has very little to do with boxing. "
Rocky Balboa is a movie about handling loss and emotional redemption. A surprisingly emotional film.
Now, don’t forget to visit your mother…
“She didn’t leave me. She died…” |

"Anal vixens vs Prison Guards 14 - the best of the series …. When Mindy got the electric chair and was still sucking off the governor… the look if surprise on his face…. Very powerful!! "
If that's not a love story to tell the gran kids, I don't know what is |

Fifty first dates
The humor is fairly silly, it’s got Adam Sandler in it - I should hate it…but it’s great- not sure if that’s because of my long standing unrequited love for Drew Barrymore though , but will happily watch it anytime it’s on the box |
