Latex gear can be pretty robust, and if you are into rubber you will probably be dressed according to the scene you are in.
Thicker rubber clothes for more BDSM type events, or thinner latex for dresses or catsuits where comfort is more important. Everything has its breaking point, and most serious wearers respect that it can be fragile.. and costly! Definitely, worth it though in my opinion.
I have had some amazing encounters, where the session has been enhanced by wearing heavy rubber. It is restrictive, heavy, hot, cold, dark and heightens your senses immensely. If you are into hoods, blindfold etc there is the thrill of being anonymous too. You are in a very different headspace than just vanilla sex.
I have a few very memorable encounters. The best by far was meeting a friend in a nice London bar in a stunning latex dress, with stockings (her not me). Nothing sleazy at all. Like everything, depends on the quality. Mine is mainly bespoke, so the fit is amazing! Did a latex sho*t in Ironridge, awesome location, and lots of curious people, looking over the bridge at us taking the images.
When we’d taken some at the bridge, we walked around and found some great spots. Thought one was out of the way, so I’m there, friend holding a coat in front of me, as I change to a full length steampunk fitted dress.
