How many of you get disappointed after you see a picture of someone online and you see them in real life totally different reaction. Or the other way around. |

Hence why I always putting up pics
Yes they maybe the same positions and stuff but that’s not what it’s about
Mines is more about the clothes them selfs the look
Also they fresh meaning people can see what I look like at this current time |

I hate taking pictures of myself and am very awkward infront of the camera, so I look better in person. Thankfully, everyone I've met looks the same as their pictures but men don't really alter them so it's not surprising. |

Yes very true but in general a picture can look a lot better then real life or a lot worse |

I share the same awkwardness and discomfort in front of a camera. Sometimes I strike it lucky, but it’s not often |

I'm so surprised when, typically, women aren't sprouting dog ears or missing the hearts or whatever they have in their pics
I can forgive the halos they are terrible, I can never keep mine in place... |

I am very careful not to misrepresent my wife when posting her pictures on our account.
However, I am guilty of adding filters.
The filter is more to create mood and mystique. Those who have met and played with her have not been disappointed. |

Yeah even if you've seen a facepic and then you imagine this person before meeting them...then disappointed when you itially meet them!
This is why I don't understand folk who have online relationships with anyone if they haven't even met the person...

From our experience men usually look better than thier pics (if they are recent) women tend to use the filters, smoothers, light enhancers so generally they dont look like thier pic.
Thats the pressure and ridiculous expectations people think they have to achieve and adhere to these days
We appreciate real pics and e everyone should embrace thier beauty,we only have one body, learn to love it

I’m a mixed bag. I don’t get a lot of good pics of myself so arguably I’d fall into this bracket. That said, the few people who I have met from online usually look quite similar to their pics. I mean it’s 2022, as long as the photo isn’t riddled with filters and it’s somewhat recent you should get a good idea of what’s what |

I like to think I am exactly the same both in pics and real life. If I was to say if there is a difference I would say it would be in my demeanor.. I'm quite shy to begin with, especially with people I haven't met in person before or in a crowd so I'm more reserved until I get comfortable then I slowly come out of my shell lol |

GONE/TIMEOUT (No DMs please) |
Looks don't matter to me but
I've had it both ways,
Someone who had sent pics that must have been taken 10 years previous, not a problem as I like older anyway
And another handsome chap who was just no good at choosing a good photo to send as wow! in person ,
There are members using filters that completely distort the face, handy if you don't want to be recognised!! |
