Hi. Has anyone used this and does it really help?

Mainly for the ladies who are menopausal. I think I might be, I'm not sure......lol......

Would rather not go on hrt if I can help it.

Bit of quick research says little scientific evidence to support black cohosh is useful for menopause.

Talk to a doctor, get some help. Yes I know this can be a challenge in itself !

Not the same but I took it for PCOS but found no improvement after months on it.

I think it's important to check with your medical personnel before you take anything to be honest. Black Cohosh can have side affects
