Football.. all off…
Horse racing… off today and tomorrow at least
Rugby.. matches today.. off, tomorrow and Sunday.. on!
Great north run… on!
Golf.. today… off
Cricket.. today off

It would be hard for the charities to lose the expected £25 million that’s raised.
They are going to tone it down though. |

I’m glad it hasn’t. Being from the North East I love seeing all the people walking round with their medals and all the posts on social media. I’ll do it one day when I stop being lazy. |

All these events postponed - suppliers / employers / sports clubs all out of pocket It's absolute nonsense.

I read they were still weighing in today which I think is wrong if they’re just going to cancel it."
Boxing is off…. Preliminary rescheduled for October 15th |

I thought it was the law that everyone in the north east has to do the great north run at least once! I was conned!! Lol (1hr58!!!)
They said it a half marathon… but you only need to train for 11 miles and the last mile is all downhill!! That’s what they told me to lure me in!! |
