I enjoy watch thunder storms as long as I'm dry. Best one I saw was on a train going across the Austria boarder and the storm was over the mountains was a fantastic sight

One of my dad's friends was hit by lightening years ago and he always used to hide under the kitchen table whenever a storm came over
