I had a message from a guy a few year's ago, I told him he wasn't what I was looking for, kept sending messages so I blocked him, he deleted his account, fine, but then came back with the same profile name, he sends friends request,I blocked him, he deleted his account, again, reappears, and resends request, any advice |

Have you reported him to the site?
I have no idea how effective that actually is though tbf. I have a similar situation with a guy I can't seem to shake off. |

Advise admin and block every time they appear.
People who keep doing this trigger an auto verification process before they can join the site, if they cause issues like pestering (as they’re doing to you, stalking us very different) then they can be blocked from joining all together |

Block and report the profile to the site that way they will be able to take further actions against |

Maybe he sends a blanket message to all women in his age range and not to YOU specifically.
I throw away flyers and I keep getting them but I don't think i'm the only one in the street.
Is it just for you he joins..... or just for him ?
Just block him each time he returns. |

Probably working on the premise that it's a swinger site and you won't want to draw attention to yourself but the online harassment laws have been updated and are quite effective. If using the site admin and tools available don't work then you could report to police? His IP address could be blocked from site and he couldn't make new profile. Extreme, but behaviour like this is distressing for recipient and impacts negatively on other users . It's harassment at least ...possibly stalking dependent on frequency/timescale/language used etc... |

Block newbies op that will at least give you some time ,if he leaves and rejoins .
I presume you've blocked him now ,you could also make it so only site supporters can contact you.
I know it's not alot but having to pay to be able to contact you might be deter him a bit. |

Can we just steady on with words like 'stalking' and 'harassment' until we are 100% sure that's what it is.
O.P.
If he comes back , maybe ask him to block you.
Not every bloke who thinks he's just casting his net to get at least a tiddler thinks he is harassing the other fish who put themselves in the pool. |

Come to think of it ... if he keeps using the same name he's not really hiding.
Sounds to me like he joins..... no luck so leaves..... joins again .... |

Yep and has probably been blocked by a few
I have one pest who joins, sends me a friend invite and message and I block .He then rejoins and has on his profile that he can't access his old one !
He is miles away and has been told no thanks more than once ,now I block him as soon as he looks lol.

I have one or two but , bless them, they seem lonely / dim more than sex pests.
I just say no thanks.
I doubt it's me they are after - just anyone really. |

I've had ones that I blocked pop up again playing dumb and trying to pick a conversation up.
I only ever gave my number out once way back as a newbie. To someone who 'seemed' ok. Ended up having to block him on everything imaginable after getting deluged by calls and such. To now be getting called months later from a private number saying 'just had to tell you your pics on fab are....'
Sadly there's no way to stop someone who's determined to ignore your lack of interest. |

Absolutely. I had one similar, gave my number, lost interest and he somehow even hunted me down on Facebook!
Eventually got him blocked everywhere but he managed to get one final message through telling me I was a fucking bitch.... I'm not sure why my complete lack of messaging / interaction hadn't given him a clue but there we go |

To the OP, sending mail is not against rules. Leaving the site and then sending mail from a new profile isn't either unless it is abusive etc
The filters can be used to limit the amount of mails you receive and who from. |
