I'd never considered that... You know what, you might be right. Who'd have believed a spooky would be afraid of the dark.

Ghost covers a multitude of things - from a Halloween white sheet over a human thing to a poltergeist to someone communicating from the spirit world (the ‘other’ side)

Posted before - in the 70's my mam was moving house and travelling in the removal van in the passangers seat... They ran over a 'woman', in the middle of the road (twas foggy). Driver slammed on the brakes and freaked out! Got out of the cab to check underneath the van... Not a thing to be seen. Both swore they'd seen the woman. Spooky!

1996 was in the garden at my nans. We had been to a funeral of the lady who lived next door. Come back went into the garden. She was in her chair rocking away like she did when she was alive. Scared the shit out of me.

I live next to a cemetery, and when the council took the dry wall down to replace some of the broken stones, weird things started happening in the house. Lights coming on in the early hours, toilet flushing, keys on the floor and not on the hooks, bell ringing in the bar. Was pretty spooky. Ooooooooh.

There's an entire area at Baglan, Port Talbot that's considered haunted. The white lady of Baglan being one of the most noteable. I've never seen her but my mum was very ill when apparently she came out of the wardrobe, and my mum went towards her, but she kept pushing her back away from her. All of a sudden my mum got well! I've never seen her, but several local people have told me that she exists. I did up a part 16th century cottage in that area that was originally the estate cottages, and some strange things happened on that job, tools not where I left them, noises like other people in the place, and an incident involving snooker balls. etc etc. The place is also on the edge the old Margam forest where a few people have topped themselves, and they are supposed to haunt the area. One womans dog used to go into a barking frenzy as it walked past a particular tree that was used by some to keep himself in suspence. There was also a noteable macabre event took place there, and that's generated ghost stories. Personally the only spirits I indulged myself in are rum and malt whisky, but if apparitions are your thing, this is the place to be.
