Need help with Boss pedal

Is anyone familiar with the pedal Boss-VE500?

I just got this pedal and i'm struggling how to setup as i can't

find YouTube tutorial videos where shows how to setup in a vocal, guitar and Marshall scenario !

I have conected the guitar and microphone to the pedal and this one to my amplifier ,the guitar sounds ok out from the amplifier

but no vocal comes out from the amplifier!

There's anybody that could help me or explain how to setup
