Sorry to hear this, not at all pleasant and I also suffer from this at times...
They say there’s no cure but can find remedy by:
1). Stick to a sleep schedule...
2). Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends...
3). Stay active...
4). Check your medications (I try to avoid taking meds.)...
5). Avoid or limit naps...
6). Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine...
7). Don't put up with pain...
8). Avoid large meals and beverages before bed...

Thank you. I already do most of that. I've suffered with it since I was a kid. Sometimes it's mild but at the moment it's quite bad, like 3 hours in two nights bad.
Medication only ever works for a while before it becomes ineffective.

just had a message from an older gentleman in his 70s, just to say ‘you’ve got too many tattoos’
am i in the right to complain to him that i find that quite rude? It wasn’t really an opinion i asked for, found it quite rude  |
