by the big field

Not a fat chance i could pick a favourite track with such an amazing catalogue to choose from.

Pretty similar story with the albums, although Playing the Angel & SOFAD are probably the top contenders...so if i had to choose one, i'd go for 101

Just cant get enough .Big dance floor favourite back in the day.

Gonna be boring and say fave album is Violator. And band member ...Vince Clarke

And Ill explain why. I got into Erasure around 1987. And through Vince Clarke I got to know and love D.M. and Yazoo.

"Somebody,still chills me "

Love "Somebody". Incredible double A side with blasphemous Rumours. Two of my favourite DM songs.

Too many to mention no favourite specifically I like each on their own merit really.

Shame they don't tour in the country the came from much, even with one member down now.

They should get matt back on board, make up their differences

They are touring next year I think.

Tickets well expensive though.

Fan of all the albums they released up to Violator.

SOFAD was the last album they recorded with Alan Wilder, but I didn't care much for the musical change in style.

Ultra was the 1st album they released in the post-Alan Wilder years, and from Ultra right up to today, I've not liked anything of their stuff.

As far as I am concerned, Alan Wilder WAS the real engine room of Depeche Mode, musically more gifted than the other 3 put together.

His Recoil project work is definitely worth checking out.
