Ladies, I spend all my time working outside all year round so have that “rugged look” is that preferably to you over the “gym body” look?

Just wondering what would happen if I worked outside constantly, wasn't too strict with my food, and still hit the gym so I had that rugged, gym-fit, dad bod look... unstoppable
