Bloody hell! That is pretty good going.
During lock down I piled on the weight and am now back on the treadmill trying to lose two stone and am only just getting back to sub 35 5k!
I doubt I will ever get back to your kind of speeds
Mind you… now I have something to think about, I might just start aiming for it |

It’s very impressive but not unrealistic for a “proper” runner. Never been a real runner myself, always 90-100kg which is far to big for 20min 5K but even at that weight I got to 21:13, so for someone 80-85kg regularly training 40min 10k is achievable |

I chopped a few inches off over the bathroom sink.... hairdressers are as rich as dentists these days  daylight robbery for a trim. Don't mind paying for a restyle though, you're getting your money's worth then.
I had fun today with a little private disco before my shower just now. Hence my updated pic

Did a garden tidy up for a regular customer she had her 5 year granddaughter staying. Very friendly little kid when I finished she came to me and said “You did a triffik job and put a star sticker on my T-shirt coz she thought I was a super star. Gave me a hug and told me I’m a very nice man. Simple thing but made me feel good inside |
