My aunt was a (very successful it has to be said) Estate Agent and she always used to urge vendors to bake bread or brew fresh coffee prior to viewings

Not Febreze or Glade plug ins or similar. They give me sinus issues! The smells change all the time, according to what's cooking/brewing, who's just finished their ablutions etc. It might be some sort of perfume in the morning but Thai red curry in the evening
