Géntlemèn, Lådìes and Bínarìes. I seek your wise counsel...
I have accrued some birthday gift vouchers over the years and decided to redeem them for some wellness and relaxation. However, I'm not sure what to go for. I need something which will linger within my body and senses long after the experience, something which aids mindfulness and de-stressing.
I've seen a "Chakra Energy Balancing Massage" (no idea what this is); Reflexology; Facials (pun not intended)... ...

"A quickie with me will fix you right up.
You’re certainly a fixer upper!
Pricey job though unless you can do the work yourself"
No problem, I’ve got a big tub of play dough and some left over potato head accessories |

A facial can be very relaxing so can a hand and foot massage. Hot wax treatments on hands and feet are very comforting. If you have a good therapist just the fact of sitting back while they make small talk and concentrate on you is revitalising. I'm not a fan of body massage in a professional setting but if it's your thing book one |

I agree with you on the foot massage. I've only had this once, years ago, and it's truly revitalising. |

JamiePånts! This isn't the Nocturnal now; it's serious stuff.
P.S. Do you accept Aveda Vouchers for your services?? "
Yes. I’ll trade them in for a leg and foot massage as that is my favourite way to be treated- closely followed by a head massage. Both of which I recommend |

"buy somthing that you can resell for cash , then find the finest escort who ll do the business and blow your mind ..."

"Finest" and "Escorts" rarely occur in the same sentence.
Notwithstanding, JamiePånts has agreed to massage my 'head'.
For free. Fact. |

I don’t know about a Ed’s but I had an Elemis spa day and the facial (not the rude kind) was done in a vibrating chair!!! Don’t pick anything like that! It was really off putting !
Any sort of head to toe pampering gets my vote! |

"I'd go for, at least, an Indian head massage.
Total bliss and the feeling stayed with me for a while afterwards. "
Yes Indian Head massage is a must. Or full body aromatherapy massage. |

"Géntlemèn, Lådìes and Bínarìes. I seek your wise counsel...
I have accrued some birthday gift vouchers over the years and decided to redeem them for some wellness and relaxation. However, I'm not sure what to go for. I need something which will linger within my body and senses long after the experience, something which aids mindfulness and de-stressing.
I've seen a "Chakra Energy Balancing Massage" (no idea what this is); Reflexology; Facials (pun not intended)... ...
What do the forumite darlings recommend or suggest?"
Massage my dear. Massage is the answer to your woes imo.
Aveda is amazing. |
