So I have a chronic condition that causes pain in my muscles and joints. I'm on medication for it but every now and again me and Mr "fuck the pain away" (as is sung in Sex Education).
I've found it actually works when I've been able to face sex in spite of the pain. I know sex releases endorphins but does anyone else use it as pain relief? |

Yep, I call orgasms nature's cure-all.
Obviously I'm exaggerating but it does clear headaches and neck pain etc for me.
I mentioned on another thread, acupressure wristbands are fantastic for me for relieving all kinds of neuralgia, nausea, headaches and such. They're packaged as travel sickness but they work on what ails you really.  just a couple of pounds in the chemist |
