"You need a good hands on physio - not those that just give you a sheet with exercises to do.
I find the exercises the best part of physio tbh.
Find a good one though - they vary wildly. "
I agree they help but I found that the actual physical manipulation helped me better first and then followed a few simple exercises. I saw 3 in total. The first two were a bit useless, the third was excellent and talked me through everything and why and how it was helping etc etc. I am never good at just reading a leaflet, that's why I was never brilliant with those IKEA instructions back in the day |

Physiotherapy and psychotherapy are much the same for the same reasons.
It mostly depends on following their torture instructions after the session. |

Acupuncture for definite. But yer fucked cos it's bank hols.!!!
If you "don't do duvets" (like needles), Tiger balm or White Tiger Balm Oil for Rheumatic Pain; Leg Pain; Frozen Shoulder. You can pick it up from any Asian supermarket....
Failing that Vic rub & pain killers - over counter stuff/asprin/paracetamol. Remember to wash yer hands when you go to the loo - you don't want "oh me goolies" moment.
Look on NHS site for advice? |
