What's your favourite fish? Sea bass, bream, whitebait, sardines, salmon or something else. Hard to choose for me. Nothing beats some nice grilled fish, a fine side salad and a nice glass of vino |

Soft Herring Roe
Seasoned, lightly dusted in flour, fried till golden brown, served with a splash of malt vinegar on a buttered oven bottom muffin.

"Gosh this a tricky one, depending what mood I'm in & availablity its a choice between turbot, Hake, tub gurnard or red mullet
"
Red mullet is divine and one of my favourite too. You struggle to get it as easily these days though, well not around here anyway. |

I don't think I have a favourite fish. I like lots of different kinds, but it very much depends on my mood.
But seafood? I adore seafood. I used to pester my parents to take me to the seafood stall for a tub of cockles whenever we visited my nan. And I was in my element when I recently had moules mariniere at a French bistro...I was grinning the whole time I was eating them, it was like a culinary orgasm that lasted for about half an hour |

That did make me laugh but I know exactly what you mean and the pleasure of leisurely eating a beautiful bowl of moules mariniere and dipping your baguette into that lovely juice. |

I liked Orange Roughy when I lived in New Zealand but I've never seen it on a menu or at a fishmonger in the UK. My favourite here is tuna, although the best I had was fresh off a fishing boat in Tobago. I'm also quite keen on smoked eel (unagi) in Japanese cuisine. |

Had shark once in Oslo. Ate some stuff in Tokyo, not sure what it was but it was great. |
