So I hear on the grapevine (ok, the good morning thread) that Keyser Soze has tight quads and hamstrings this morning.

So what would you do to relieve him? And what would you do to the others who would fight you for the privilege?

Let the catfight commence

Gapping Fanny

Kick him in his shins to make him forget his quads and hamstrings. Its a fact the body can only process one thing at a time

Manchester (he/him)

Are the tight quads and hamstrings in relation to the relieving or are they two different things?

I’m not sure I’m up for relieving him, even though I’m sure he’s a lovely guy

Get him a foam roller, although really, that should've been done after the workout. Such irresponsibility

Do you need your thighs foam rolling, FH?

Give him a stern lecture on the need for stretching! Then be kind to him and enroll him on a Pilates class with a reformer
