Who else enjoys a massage that includes a happy ending?

Sports massage shouldn't be leaving u feeling worse than when u went in. Too deep or hard actually has the opp effect of relaxing the soft tissue and causes it to tighten. Most people think its about the harder and deeper u go the better it is. That's completely wrong and causes more damage to the soft tissue. It should be more a feeling of good versus bad. |

For three months I had to commute from Ireland to London when seeing out my notice from a job.

I go to massage places in London and elsewhere. Really love the gradual teasing buildup from massage to body to body and happy ending. This is what I dont understand about people and sports massage. Any sign of pain is not good. Yes there can be a fine line between good and bad pain and its finding that balance. Just think this, pain in any other area or when yr doing something is not a good sign and you wouldn't accept it. So why is massage any different? Why do people continually think it must be doing them some good. Pain is a warning sign. |
