100mg sildenafil cut up into quarters. Literally rock hard especially helmet, even if you think you are 'hard enough already'.
Effects last many hours and you feel more horny even if only psychological.
Couple of paracetamol at same time to counter headaches and take on an empty stomach if you need effect asap. Food can slow it's effectiveness. |

..well we are told that it can't make you hard alone and there has to be arousal.
But in the case of repeat performances, you are presumably aroused and in my experience it is just as hard on subsequent adventures 
And after a fuck, if you go about your daily life there is a constant semi hard feeling for hours even if not aroused that reminds you what a good time you have had.
