I've been interested in this for years...I've concluded, artificial life is just going to be a natural progression of humanity...and actually would be the best way to survive when stars die etc.Whether we transfer ourselves to machines or machines think for themselves(that brings a whole new dimension to 'life')...yeah its all science fiction...but so where cars and space travel... |

Honda have a robot called Asimo...really clever thing. I always refer to it as 'him' but I've been told it has a female voice so it sounds less threatening. Think I'd still be freaked out if I came face to face with it though! Random but kind of ties in |

yeah its very cool...the basic fact is within this century there WILL be robots around...and yes...lots of jobs for humans will go |

YUP thats true...but when we are talking about robots with reasoning skills and an advanced intelligence, there will be a more visible presence |
