A soft brioche sliced roll. Grilled onions, bbq sauce and the kind of hotdogs people judge you for eating.

And sometimes a slice of mild cheese on top melted. If I'm feeling fancy.

Proper frankfurters, onions, no ketchup or mustard ever. Sometimes Chilli, always cheese and jalapeños. Sriracha sauce or Mayo

Colchester

Authentic German Bratwurst and imported Bavarian Mustard.

The last time I ate a generic "Hot Dog" I was 18, and violently sick. I think it came in a jar from a local supermarket. Yuk.

Footlong Gloucester old spot sausage, with mustard and tomato relish. Plenty of napkins.
