"We both unpack, hang stuff that needs it, put other stuff in drawers and toiletries in the bathroom "
Same here. It only takes a few minutes and feels good. And unless I sm confident there is an iron in situ, I take a little travel one with me as like to scrub up well for dinner |

Depending on what time we arrive.
I like to hang up the stuff that creases first, then head off out to explore and eat.
Everything else gets sorted when we get back to our room.
If it's a caravan/chalet holiday we live out of cases and only hang up tops for the evening.
All toiletries are unpacked and put wherever they need to be.
I need a holiday. |

I'm usually in full residence, all set out.
I once checked into a B&B,in Germany. After dropping my bag in the room, I went out. On my return, the owner's son had put all of my clothes into the drawers and wardrobes He crept around the place at all times, such as when coming back, late at night.
I checked out early. It was a little like Flowers In The Attic, a son deprived of daylight and healthy human contact. Forever committed to prowling around the guest corridors. |
