Deep breaths

Glass of water or tea, sit down
bit of comedy or even certain music. As a former panic attack sufferer I had to learn tricks
I used to go down on my missus to calm me down.

"How do you calm down when you’re angry. Like, Bruce Banner about to go green, angry.
I’m not by the way I’m just asking because I’m curious. "
Star jumps, I find them very therapeutic......
I also do them when I'm waiting for the kettle to boil . |

If I'm angry it is already too late. Catch it in time and a bloody roar followed by breakage of inanimate objects. Assuming I'm just upset and the monkey is still in the cage then extreme ranting with expletives aplenty. If it is just annoyance I can maybe just walk away. Nope. Never back down. Where's the key to the monkey cage? |
